Insurance Companies Fear Us.

Defense lawyers and insurance companies know our reputation, and often opt to settle our cases rather than face us in court.  If insurance companies refuse to pay fair value for victim's pain and suffering, then we are prepared to go to court and try the case to a jury.  Insurance companies know that when Rob Marcereau and his team go to court, they go to win.  We don’t shy away from hard work, because we know that going the extra mile in research, investigation and preparation can mean the difference between a good outcome for our clients and an outstanding outcome.

Rob won a record $5.7 million dollars on behalf of a PTA mom who was framed for crimes she didn’t commit.

Experts in Winning Difficult Cases.

Based on our experience and reputation, we often get brought in by other lawyers to handle high stakes, complex cases on behalf of injury victims.  We are veterans in the courtroom and are to able to explain complex facts to juries, helping them understand what his clients are going through. It’s no accident that we have obtained record jury verdicts in a number of different cases.

A Track Record of Success.

Our results speak for themselves.  We have tried and won some of the most high stakes cases in the state of California.
