A lifelong motorcyclist, Mr. Nazif devotes a substantial portion of his practice to representing victims of serious motorcycle accidents and is the co-founder of RiderzLaw.com. He is active in the motorcycle safety community and has worked as an attorney for Aid to Injured Motorcyclists, the National Coalition of Motorcyclists, and the Confederation of Clubs. He was featured in a Los Angeles Times article about the best motorcycle accident lawyers in California. Mr. Nazif is an avid motorcyclist and is an “expert” status” WERA motorcycle racer. Over his career, Mr. Nazif has successfully handled thousands of cases on behalf of his fellow riders. Because of his expertise, he is a frequent lecturer on motorcycle accident law. Throughout the country, Mr. Nazif teaches other lawyers how to win motorcycle accident cases.
Prior to co-founding Marcereau & Nazif, Mr. Nazif worked as an attorney at Rutan & Tucker and later for some of the top plaintiff’s litigation firms in the state.
Mr. Nazif received his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Hastings College of Law. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from Robert Morris University.
